Seasonal Associate

Location: Seattle, WA (Store WA‑Ballard Blocks). Position: Seasonal Associate – non‑guaranteed hours, hourly (non‑exempt), flexible schedule.

As a Seasonal Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and on‑stage service during peak business moments. You’ll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service: support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations: manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising: ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork: help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards: follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client‑focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with an expected 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. Must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Availability required from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Pay

Hourly rate: $21.75 – $24.88 per hour (actual pay depends on geographic location).
