As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and on‑stage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Responsibilities

• Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client‑focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour; the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling with an expected 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Availability required during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Scheduled to work from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
