Seasonal Associate

Location: 4601 S Broadway Ave, Tyler, TX 75703 (TX‑Broadway Square, Store 2542). Position is hourly, non‑exempt, with non‑guaranteed hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour, depending on geographic location.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling with an expected 0–14 hours per week, varying based on business needs.
• Availability required during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work period: Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
