Your Role at Sephora

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
• Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
• Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
• Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks
• Strong commitment to client service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.50/hr; the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
