Seasonal Associate

About the role

As a seasonal associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your mission will be to create personalized relationships by understanding your customers' desires and needs. Utilizing your product knowledge, you'll ensure that every single one of them leaves satisfied with their experience.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions like merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers, focusing on building sales utilizing our Bold Selling model.
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and email.
• Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Support the sales floor team on replenishment, recovery, and selling.
• Become familiar with all stock loss and security procedures and ensure attention to these at all times.
• Assist with all other duties as required by store management.
