About the role

A typical workday involves assisting and advising customers under the supervision of the store management team while working to maximize sales. This is a temporary, part-time hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every customer who comes into the store;
• Help customers find what they’re looking for—answer questions, explain products (quality, materials, technical features), and suggest complementary items;
• Assist customers in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals (training provided);
• Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor to create a memorable shopping experience;
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store and backstore;
• Stay informed about new products to share top picks with customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions;
• Respect and apply policies and procedures from head office departments (training provided);
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Pay
