About the role
Seasonal Associates at Helzberg Diamonds are critical during the holiday selling season. They may be assigned selling duties and/or office duties.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives.
- Provide superior customer service to clients.
- Assist in the daily operations of the office to assist the store in achieving sales volume and profit goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Prior sales or retail jewelry experience preferred.
- Experience using a PC or POS system or other computer keyboard is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills required along with the ability to be detail-oriented.
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, through the holiday selling season.
Benefits
- SEASONAL BONUS of an additional $1 for every hour worked beginning September 27th, 2026 through December 24th, 2026.
- To qualify for the bonus payment, the Seasonal Associate must be actively employed through December 24th, 2026.
Pay
- Hourly pay and commissions.
- Additional $1 per hour bonus from September 27th, 2026 through December 24th, 2026.
Schedule
- Flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, through the holiday selling season.
