Seasonal Associate

About the Role

Seasonal Associates are critical during the holiday selling season. Seasonal Associates may be assigned selling duties and/or office duties.

• Sales associates will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service to clients.
• Office associates will assist in the daily operations of the office to support the store in achieving sales volume and profit goals.

Seasonal Associates must be available to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, through the holiday selling season.

Pay

Seasonal Associates receive hourly pay and commissions, plus a seasonal bonus of an additional $1 for every hour worked from September 27th, 2026 through December 24th, 2026. The bonus requires active employment through December 24th, 2026.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Prior sales or retail jewelry experience preferred.
• Experience using a PC, POS system, or other computer keyboard required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to be detail-oriented.
