Seasonal Associate

About the role

Seasonal Associates at Helzberg Diamonds are critical during the holiday selling season. They may be assigned selling duties and/or office duties.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives.
• Provide superior customer service to clients.
• Assist in the daily operations of the office to assist the store in achieving sales volume and profit goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Prior sales or retail jewelry experience preferred.
• Experience using a PC or POS system or other computer keyboard is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required along with the ability to be detail-oriented.

• Available to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, through the holiday selling season.

Benefits

Seasonal Associates qualify for a SEASONAL BONUS of an additional $1 for every hour worked beginning September 27th, 2026 through December 24th, 2026. The Seasonal Associate must be actively employed through December 24th, 2026 to qualify for the bonus payment.

Pay

Hourly pay and commissions are provided. In addition, Seasonal Associates qualify for a SEASONAL BONUS of an additional $1 for every hour worked beginning September 27th, 2026 through December 24th, 2026.

Schedule

Flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, are required through the holiday selling season.
