About the role
Seasonal Associates at Helzberg Diamonds are critical during the holiday selling season. They may be assigned selling duties and/or office duties.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives
- Provide superior customer service to clients
- Aid in the daily operations of the office to assist the store in achieving sales volume and profit goals
Requirements

- Prior sales or retail jewelry experience preferred
- Experience using a PC or POS system or other computer keyboard is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills required along with the ability to be detail-oriented

Benefits
Seasonal Associates qualify for a SEASONAL BONUS of an additional $1 for every hour worked beginning September 27th, 2026 through December 24th, 2026. The Seasonal Associate must be actively employed through December 24th, 2026 to qualify for the bonus payment.
