Seasonal Associate

About the role

Seasonal Associates at Helzberg Diamonds are critical during the holiday selling season. They earn hourly pay and commissions, plus a SEASONAL BONUS of an additional $1 for every hour worked from September 27th, 2026 through December 24th, 2026. To qualify for the bonus, they must be actively employed through December 24th, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Selling duties: Achieve individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, provide superior customer service to clients.
• Office duties: Assist in the daily operations of the office to help the store achieve sales volume and profit goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Prior sales or retail jewelry experience preferred.
• Experience using a PC or POS system or other computer keyboard required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required, along with the ability to be detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, through the holiday selling season.
