About the role
Seasonal Associates at Helzberg Diamonds are crucial during the holiday selling season. They earn hourly pay and commissions, plus a SEASONAL BONUS of an additional $1 for every hour worked from September 27th, 2026 through December 24th, 2026. To qualify for the bonus, they must be actively employed through December 24th, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Selling duties: Achieve individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives while providing superior customer service.
- Office duties: Assist in the daily operations of the office to help the store meet its sales volume and profit goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Prior sales or retail jewelry experience preferred.
- Experience using a PC or POS system or other computer keyboard is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills required along with the ability to be detail-oriented.

Benefits
The Seasonal Associate may be assigned selling duties and/or office duties. They must be available to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, through the holiday selling season.
Pay
