Seasonal Associate

About the role

Seasonal Associates at Helzberg Diamonds are critical during the holiday selling season. They earn hourly pay and commissions, plus a SEASONAL BONUS of an additional $1 for every hour worked from September 27th, 2026 through December 24th, 2026. To qualify for the bonus, they must be actively employed through December 24th, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Selling duties and/or office duties may be assigned.
• Sales associates must achieve individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, providing superior customer service.
• Office associates assist in daily office operations to help the store meet sales volume and profit goals.
• Flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, are required through the holiday selling season.

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required.
• Prior sales or retail jewelry experience is preferred.
• Experience using a PC or POS system or other computer keyboard is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, along with detail-oriented abilities, are essential.
