About the role

The Seasonal Associate is the first face of the brand for growing families, greeting new parents and grandparents, introducing baby essentials, and supporting customers through key moments of their parenting journey. The role is set in a welcoming and inclusive environment that values skills, talents, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point‑of‑sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and handle shipments as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.

Qualifications

• A positive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and to stand or walk for extended periods; ability to climb a ladder.
• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $16.00 – $18.25 per hour, based on experience and location.

Schedule

Shift availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
