As a Seasonal Associate at Carter’s, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our new baby essentials, help them prep for their first day of school, and all the big and little moments of their parenting journey. Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve customer issues in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks.
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.

Qualifications

• A positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Requirements

• Lift 40 pounds with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; climb up and down a ladder.

Availability

Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
