Seasonal Associate (6AM-10AM)-The Mall of New Hampshire

Victoria’s Secret & Co. · Manchester, NH · 4 wk ago

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Why You Belong Here" (intro), "Description Position Overview: Seasonal Selling Associate", "What We Offer", "Key Responsibilities", "Qualifications". Also there is pay info: Minimum Salary: $13.00 Maximum Salary: $16.25. So we need a Pay section. Also schedule info: "Schedule flexibility that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours". So we need a Schedule section. Benefits: "What We Offer" includes 40% Associate Discount, Free Mental Health (EAP) benefits, Free Product, Flexible Schedule, Competitive Pay. So Benefits section can list those. Also we need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real content. We have content for About the role (the intro "Why You Belong Here..." plus maybe position overview). Could combine as About the role. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities (list of duties). Also there is "All associate roles at Victoria’s Secret are responsible for:" which is also responsibilities. We'll combine. Requirements: maybe not explicit; but we have Qualifications. Could treat Qualifications as Requirements? The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We have Qualifications content. We could put Qualifications under

Qualifications

. Also maybe Skills: we could extract from qualifications (e.g., "Exhibits an authentic desire to exceed the customer’s expectations", etc.) but those are qualifications. Could treat them as Skills. But we should not create thin sections. Better to have Qualifications and maybe Skills combined? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. That's okay. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay numbers, so Pay section is valid. Schedule: we have schedule flexibility description. Benefits: we have list. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should not omit details, but we can reformat. Probably we should keep the exact sentences? It says "do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep the content, maybe we can keep the same wording but restructure into HTML. We'll keep the substance. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    • Demonstrating Company values
    • Building loyalty through the Rewards Program
  • This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing as part of your daily tasks
But we have nested ul inside ul which may be okay but better to keep flat list. Could flatten: include all responsibilities as li items, with subpoints maybe as separate li. We'll keep flat. Simplify: list each responsibility as li. Let's create list: - When assigned to the sales floor: Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers - Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively - Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions - Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales - When Assigned To The Cash Wrap: Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items - Recovers cash wrap selling zone and ”go-backs” - When Assigned To Processing And Replenishment: Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards - Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor - Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stock - When Assigned To Floorset Activity: Executes floorset proficiently - Understands and adheres to brand standards - Assists with maintenance of back room and under stock - Driving top line store sales results and growing the business - Maintaining focus on bras as the premier product differentiator - Preparing for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures - Recovering and replenishing merchandise - Understanding and adhering to visual merchandising standards - Assisting in housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues - Building awareness and skills in loss prevention - Supporting store strategy to reduce shrink - Providing a safe working environment - Demonstrating Company values - Building loyalty through the Rewards Program - This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing as part of your daily tasks That's a lot but okay. Now Qualifications section: list qualifications. Qualifications bullet list: - Exhibits an authentic desire to exceed the customer’s expectations - Proven ability to meet or exceed goals preferred - Demonstrates a sense of urgency - Has a healthy, competitive spirit, while maintaining a team focus - Is resilient and bounces back quickly from setbacks - Pursues opportunities to take on more responsibility - Seeks out coaching from leaders and peers to improve productivity; leads own learning - Schedule flexibility that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours But schedule flexibility also appears in Schedule section; we might duplicate. Better to put schedule flexibility under Schedule, not Qualifications. So Qualifications list without schedule flexibility. Thus Qualifications: - Exhibits an authentic desire to exceed the customer’s expectations - Proven ability to meet or exceed goals preferred - Demonstrates a sense of urgency - Has a healthy, competitive spirit, while maintaining a team focus - Is resilient and bounces back quickly from setbacks - Pursues opportunities to take on more responsibility - Seeks out coaching from leaders and peers to improve productivity; leads own learning Now Benefits section: list from What We Offer: - 40% Associate Discount - Free Mental Health (EAP) benefits for you and those who live with you - Free Product - Flexible Schedule - Competitive Pay But Flexible Schedule and Competitive Pay also appear elsewhere; we may still list them under Benefits as they are offered. It's okay. Pay section: Minimum Salary: $13.00 Maximum Salary: $16.25. Also note that actual salary determined by factors. We'll include that. Schedule section: Schedule flexibility that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours. Now ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, Fair Chance, etc. We removed. Now output HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML:
