Role Overview

The Warehouse Associate is essential to timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Under general supervision, the Warehouse Specialist 1 will be required to perform all manner of material handling, product picking, special labeling and packing using handheld technology and inventory software systems.

The successful athlete must accurately receive, locate and/or pick correct quantities of materials and or finished goods. Must follow all written instructions per individual order. This position requires sustained moderate physical activity throughout the shift, including ability to crouch, climb, push, pull, reach, lift and carry.

How you will make an impact

• Receives finished goods from Assembly. Verifies description, quality, quantity, and paperwork. Reports all deficiencies to leadership.
• Restocks primary and secondary stock locations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintains a 98% picking accuracy.
• Participates in cycle counts and year-end physical inventory.
• Performs general housekeeping and department six sigma activities.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Close attention to detail
• Understand written instruction
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining mental focus
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Ability to count accurately and perform simple math functions
• Ability to inspect materials and finished products for defects

Where You'll Work and What's Required

• Able to lift 25 lbs
• Able to participate in a team lift of 50 lbs
• Able to stand and walk for entire shift
• Comfortable with frequent ladder use
• Able to turn or bend
• Able to grip/grasp repetitively
• Able to push a cart continuously
• This role is 100% onsite in Winona, MN
• Indoors, temperature-controlled environment
• May work in a warm, humid environment
• May work outdoors/non-climate controlled
• May work around machinery with moving parts
• Exposure to chemicals and cleaning agents
• Required to know & don PPE applicable to work-center guidelines which may include:
• Eye protection
• Heat resistant gloves
