About the role

Target helps families discover the joy of everyday life. Seasonal roles include Specialty Sales, Service & Engagement, General Merchandise & Food Sales, providing tailored suggestions, ensuring guest experience, and maintaining product availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Support daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals.

Requirements

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 lb.
• Maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour.

Flexible work schedule required (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays) with regular attendance.
