About the role

Target seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising. Seasonal team members also focus on guest experience, ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. These positions help guests discover the joy of everyday life while building retail fundamentals such as sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Seasonal Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, or Tech Consultant.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations through interaction and recovery.
• Provide tailored product suggestions and visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products, ensuring merchandise is accurately priced and signed.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $19.25 USD per hour.
