Seasonal Service & Engagement advocates welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor to enable a consistent guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and thanking guests, exceeding service expectations
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Maintaining a flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance
Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Capability to work both independently and with a team
- Skill to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
Pay
$19.00 USD per hour
Schedule
Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
