Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising. Seasonal Service & Engagement focuses on welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales ensures products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. These roles give you knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest‑first culture, exposure to retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and practice executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Stocking, setting and selling Target products
- Providing service that makes guests say “I LOVE TARGET!”
- Working efficiently as a team to deliver for guests
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 lb
- Following multi‑step processes with attention to detail
Requirements

- Prefer not to be in a Monday‑through‑Friday desk job; you’re comfortable with busy days, especially weekends
