Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: Experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. Roles include: Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, Seasonal Tech Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Climb up and down ladders as needed.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver for guests.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Follow multi-step processes with attention to detail.

Skills

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture.
• Retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $15.75 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays; regular attendance is necessary.
