Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: A sales force of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.

Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: Experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting and selling Target products
• Providing welcoming and helpful service to guests and team members
• Learning and adapting to current technology needs
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
• Paying attention to detail and following multi‑step processes
• Accurately handling cash register operations
• Climbing up and down ladders
• Scanning, handling and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

Requirements

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Capable of working both independently and with a team
• Skill in resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
• Ability to accurately handle cash register operations
• Ability to climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 40 pounds safely

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $18.00 USD per hour.
Pay range: $18.00 – $27.00 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
