Seasonal Service & Engagement focuses on welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales ensures product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. These roles can give you knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience in retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals. Roles include: Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, Seasonal Tech Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a helpful attitude
• Stock, set, and sell Target products on the sales floor
• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising
• Handle cash register operations accurately
• Climb up and down ladders to reach merchandise
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving up to 40 pounds
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail
• Maintain regular attendance and work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)

Requirements

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
• Comfortable handling cash register operations
• Ability to climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.25 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule required (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) with regular attendance.
