Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: A sales force of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal Service & Engagement: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: Experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

These roles can provide you with knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture across the store, experience in retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency and improvement), and experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting and selling Target products.
• Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests.
• Providing service that makes guests say “I LOVE TARGET!”.
• Accurately handling cash register operations.
• Climbing up and down ladders.
• Scanning, handling and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Adapting to current technology needs.
• Resolving guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Paying attention to detail and following multi‑step processes.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $17.25 USD per hour. Pay range: $17.25 – $25.90 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) with regular attendance required.
