Target’s seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising, welcoming guests, ensuring products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed, and supporting store operations across general merchandise, food, tech, fulfillment, and style.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and thank guests, delivering service that makes them say “I LOVE TARGET!”
• Stock, set, and sell Target products on the sales floor
• Handle cash register operations accurately
• Climb ladders and scan, handle, and move merchandise safely (including lifting up to 40 lb)
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals
• Maintain product presentation, inventory accuracy, and proper signing

• Skill to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour. Pay range: $16.00 – $24.00 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance are required.
