Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising. Seasonal Service & Engagement focuses on welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales ensures products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. These roles provide knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest‑first culture, exposure to retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and practice executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals. Roles include Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
• Welcoming and thanking guests, providing service that makes them say “I LOVE TARGET!”
• Actively selling and creating compelling visual merchandising presentations
• Handling cash register operations accurately
• Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely
• Lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Climbing up and down ladders as needed
• Maintaining product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage on the sales floor

Starting hourly rate: $21.00 USD per hour.
