Seasonal: 4am Inbound (Stocking) (T1942)

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Support a guest‑first culture across the store.
• Monitor department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products.
• Work efficiently as a team to deliver for guests.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Pay close attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work both independently and with a team.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and maintain regular attendance.

Skills
