These roles can provide you with knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture across the store, experience in retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement, and experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting and selling Target products
• Providing service to guests that makes them say “I LOVE TARGET!”
• Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
• Learning and adapting to current technology needs
• Resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
• Paying attention to detail and following multi‑step processes
• Accurately handling cash register operations
• Climbing up and down ladders
• Scanning, handling and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
