Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb ladders and safely scan, handle, and move merchandise, including lifting up to 40 pounds.

Pay

Starting Hourly Rate: $15.75 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
