Responsibilities
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
- Providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations.
- Ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance.
Skills
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
- Work both independently and with a team.
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
Pay
Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; regular attendance required.
