About Seasonal Jobs

• Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: A sales force of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
• Seasonal Service & Engagement: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.

About the Role

These roles provide knowledge of guest‑service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture across the store, retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement, and the ability to execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders safely.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance.
