About the role

Target’s seasonal positions focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through specialized sales, service, and merchandise operations. Roles include Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations (Seasonal Specialty Sales).
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery (Seasonal Service & Engagement).
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor; maintain operational efficiency (Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales).
• Stock, set, and sell Target products; support a guest‑first culture across the store.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Climb up and down ladders safely.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) with regular attendance required.
