Pay

Starting hourly rate: $17.50 USD per hour.
Pay range: $17.50 USD – $26.25 USD per hour.

About the role

Target seasonal specialty sales roles focus on providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising. Seasonal positions include Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant. These roles help guests discover the joy of everyday life while supporting a guest‑first culture.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a helpful attitude and provide excellent service.
• Assist guests in finding products, answer questions, and resolve issues on the spot.
• Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 lb.
• Climb up and down ladders as needed for stocking and merchandising.
• Maintain attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
• Adapt to current technology needs and learn new tools.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
