About the role

Target is hiring seasonal specialists to deliver guest‑focused service across a variety of areas, including Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant. These roles involve active selling, visual merchandising, product set‑up, inventory management, and ensuring a consistent, welcoming experience for guests.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb up and down ladders safely.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Support guest interaction and recovery, delivering service that makes guests say “I LOVE TARGET!”
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.
