About the role

Target’s seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, welcoming and thanking guests, ensuring products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed, and supporting store operations to deliver a consistent guest experience. Roles include:

• Seasonal Guest Advocate
• Seasonal General Merchandise Expert
• Seasonal Fulfillment Expert
• Seasonal Style Consultant
• Seasonal Inbound Expert
• Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert
• Seasonal Tech Consultant

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a helpful attitude
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Pay attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes
• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting or moving up to 40 pounds
• Maintain flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance
• Stock, set and sell Target products
• Provide service that makes guests say “I LOVE TARGET!”

Requirements

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends and holidays, with regular attendance expected.
