Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: A sales force of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
Seasonal Service & Engagement: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: Experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

Pay

The starting hourly rate is $17.25 USD per hour, with a pay range of $17.25–$25.90 USD per hour.

Requirements

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Capable of working both independently and with a team
• Skill to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Comfortable climbing up and down ladders
• Able to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance
