Starting Hourly Rate: $17.75 USD per hour.

Pay Range: $17.75 USD – $26.65 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations (Seasonal Specialty Sales).
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery (Seasonal Service & Engagement).
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor; enable a consistent guest experience (Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales).
• Stock, set, and sell Target products; support guest‑first culture across the store.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Climb up and down ladders as needed.
• Maintain flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance.

Requirements

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
