Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales ensures product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. Roles include Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Stock, set, and sell Target products on the sales floor.
- Provide guest service that makes guests say “I LOVE TARGET!”.
- Engage guests through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on interaction and recovery.
- Ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
Requirements
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance.
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations.
- Ability to climb up and down ladders.
- Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.

Pay
Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.
