About the Role

Seasonal specialty sales roles involve active selling, visual merchandising, and guest engagement to inspire shoppers and build the basket. Positions include Seasonal Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Regular attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders safely.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Provide guest service that encourages repeat visits and positive feedback.
• Engage guests, answer questions, and resolve issues on the spot.
• Support seasonal roles such as Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
