About the role

As a Floor Manager at Seaside, you are expected to embody excellent service and hospitality. You love creating memorable days for both guests and staff, ensuring top-notch results in both guest satisfaction and payroll percentages. Your responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff shifts, interacting with both guests and the support team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, handling guest complaints and requests, training and guiding staff, and having an overview of the day's events.

Responsibilities

• Timestringing and shift planning
• Contact with both guests and support teams
• Maintaining a positive guest experience
• Handling and resolving guest issues and concerns
• Managing the front-of-house operations
• Ensuring smooth transitions and adaptability
• Leading and motivating your team
• Working evenings and weekends
• Having a good time and enjoying the work environment
• Having experience leading staff in hotel or restaurant operations, or at least 2 years as a full-time server

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must be flexible, creative, outgoing, smiley, passionate, and a team player. You should be able to work under pressure, multitask, and communicate effectively in Danish, English, and possibly other Nordic languages. You should also be detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
