About the role

Assist in evaluating search quality for the Search Callisto platform. This role involves analyzing data to ensure accurate and relevant search results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of search queries and results to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product teams to implement changes based on analysis findings.
• Provide feedback on search quality metrics and report progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or field related to search quality assurance.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with web-based search engines and familiarity with SEO principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of search algorithms and optimization techniques.
• Understanding of user behavior and search intent.

Skills
