About the role

Assist in evaluating search quality for the Search Callisto project in Rhode Island. This role involves analyzing and assessing the quality of search results to ensure they meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate search results for accuracy and relevance
• Identify and report on issues related to search quality
• Collaborate with development teams to improve search algorithms
• Contribute to ongoing research and best practices in search quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in search engine optimization or similar field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with web technologies and databases
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in English
• Knowledge of search engine principles and algorithms
• Experience with data analysis tools
• Understanding of user behavior and search intent
