- Conduct thorough quality assessments of SERPs
- Collaborate with development and product teams to refine search algorithms
- Provide feedback on search results to improve relevance and user experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in search quality
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in search quality assurance or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with web technologies and search engines
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools
- Knowledge of SEO principles and metrics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced search engine optimization (SEO) knowledge
- Experience with search analytics tools
