Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive talent maps across assigned industries, companies, and markets.
• Identify high-performing professionals within targeted organizations.
• Build and maintain named-target pipelines.
• Conduct competitive talent research and organizational mapping.
• Gather and analyze labor market intelligence.
• Continuously monitor talent movement and industry trends.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing methodologies.
• Execute personalized outreach strategies.
• Develop candidate engagement campaigns.
• Build long-term relationships with high-value talent.
• Generate referrals and network introductions.
• Maintain active pipelines of qualified prospects.
• Evaluate candidate performance indicators.
• Assess career progression and achievement history.
• Conduct qualification and discovery conversations.
• Validate alignment between candidate experience and business requirements.
• Present highly qualified talent to hiring leaders.
• Influence passive candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Manage candidate engagement and momentum.
• Address objections and barriers to change.
• Partner with stakeholders to facilitate hiring decisions.
• Support offer and acceptance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in Talent Intelligence & Market Mapping.
• Experience in Passive Candidate Sourcing.
• Experience in Candidate Assessment.
• Experience in Talent Conversion.
• B2B sales recruiting experience.
• Enterprise sales recruiting experience.
