About the Opportunity

“Séance, rituals, hauntings, folklore, spiritualism, the uncanny” Séance delves into communication beyond the veil—rituals, hauntings, folklore, spiritualism, and the mysteries that linger between life and death. We are looking for work that evokes tension, curiosity, and the uncanny. Think shadow and silence, echoes and apparitions, the beauty and terror of what we cannot fully understand.

Eligibility & Requirements

Geographic Eligibility: National

Disciplines: Painting, Drawing, Sculpture, Photography, Printmaking, Mixed Media, Ceramics

Applicant Type: Individual artists only

• 2D & 3D artwork.
• $25 entry fee per piece, can submit up to 2 pieces.
• Artwork must be for sale, with 40% of sale going to gallery.
• Piece must be ready to hang or display physically (will not display digital artwork unless it is printed and framed/mounted properly).
• 'Ready to Hang' means hanging hardware is already attached — plain canvas without hanging wire is not 'ready to hang'. We will reject anything not ready to hang at drop off.
• Hanging wire preferred, no adhesive mounts, and must be able to hang from a hook or nail.
• We will also not accept any photographic work that depicts another artist's artwork without express permission from the artist to show and sell the photograph; this includes street art.
• Out-of-state artists are responsible for shipping costs to and from the gallery.

Compensation & Benefits

Gallery & Representation Terms: Commission Split 60/40 artist/gallery

Consignment Terms: All artwork must be for sale. Gallery retains 40% of sale price.
