Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
• Manage relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure consistent supply and quality
• Oversee production processes to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
• Collaborate with winemakers to develop new varietals and blends
• Represent the winery at industry events and tastings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in viticulture, enology, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in the wine industry, preferably in management roles
• Strong understanding of wine production and quality control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel frequently
