Seafood Department Lead – Grocery Retail

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Seafood department within Retail Operations, ensuring quality, freshness, and service.
• Lead and coach Team Members to achieve departmental goals.
• Manage ordering and inventory of perishable seafood items.
• Maintain visually appealing, well-stocked displays.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support promotional programs and engage with guests by answering questions, making recommendations, and handling special orders.
• Foster teamwork, help develop skills, and contribute to sales growth.
• Work to minimize shrink and support store and community success.
