SE Weekender Registered Nurse - OR (FT, Days)

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care
• Evaluate care effectiveness
• Coordinate with other departments
• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality
• Support perioperative activities across various surgical specialties
• Maintain a safe and comforting environment
• Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesia providers, and recovery staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license and BLS certification (or completion within 30 days)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like bending and reaching
