What You’ll Do
- Built the process
- Pipeline Building: Purely outbound
- Prospecting: Research target accounts and create account lists
- Qualify Leads: No BANT over here
- Book Meetings: Multiple channels (LinkedIn, cold-calling, email, smoke signal)
- Collaboration: Work with AE team on messaging, feedback, etc.
- Build from Scratch: Develop new strategies or improve existing ones
Who You Are
- 1+ years as an SDR manager selling SaaS
- Past quota hitter
- Agile
- Fast learner
- Experienced with a sales stack (SFDC, Amplemarket, etc.)
